Night Vision Universe Policy


Returns: Our return policy is simple; you the customer have 14 days from time of delivery to inspect the item. If the item is found defective please contact me at and we will be glad to provide you a replacement at no cost, and provide a return label for the defective item. If the item IS NOT damaged and you decide you do not want it within the 14 days, we will only accept the item back if it is unopened and unused still in the factory package and mint condition.

PLEASE NOTE: Night Vision Universe is not responsible for any returns sent without proper documentation. All returns, including warranty and/or returns due to damaged items decided against a replacement or repair are subject to a 25% restocking fee. In addition, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount regardless of whether free or discounted shipping was offered at the time of sale.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be processed before the order ships. All cancelled Night Vision & Thermal Optics orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. All other items will require a 15% cancellation fee and/or a $20 cancellation fee unless an agreement is worked out between the buyer and Night Vision Universe.

Cancellations Past 40 Days: If an item is on backorder or preorder, you will be sent an email making sure you saw the extended delivery ETA and to confirm you either wish to wait or cancel. If the backordered or preordered item does not ship by the 30 day mark you can still cancel for a full refund If you wish to wait for the item past the 30 day mark, then decide to cancel, you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.

Warranty Returns: If the item breaks within the manufactures warranty, please either contact me or the manufacturer and we will be glad to help.



Export of night vision equipment and optical sighting equipment is controlled by the U.S. Department of State Office of Defense Trade Controls, in accordance with International Traffic in Arms (ITAR), Title 22, Code of Federal Regulations Part 120-130 and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) U.S. Department of Commerce.
It is unlawful to export, or attempt to export or otherwise transfer or sell any hardware or technical data or furnish any service to any foreign person, whether abroad or in the United States, for which a license or written approval of the U.S. Government is required, without first obtaining the required license or written approval from the Department of the U.S. Government having jurisdiction. It is the Resellers/End Users responsibility to request and obtain export
licenses for the export of the subject items, and to ensure that the requirements of all applicable laws, regulations and administrative policies are met. Sales or transfers to entities on the List of Debarred Parties, Denied Persons list and Embargoed Countries are strictly prohibited. • Export of GEN-3 night vision equipment from the United States without a valid export permit issued by the U.S. Department of State, Office of Defense Trade Controls is strictly prohibited.


• Generation 4, autogated/filmless technology is not available for export. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited. Other Restrictions: Restrictions on the use of night vision with a weapon vary from state to state. You are strongly advised to learn these laws and adhere to them. American Technologies Network corp. will not be held responsible for unlawful usage.
