Trade in Program

We here at Night Vision Universe LLC accept the trade-in of night vision and thermal devices under specific conditions. The owner must provide proof of rightful ownership and lawful acquisition of the unit. Additionally, the unit must be a recent production model in good working condition and still covered by the manufacturer's factory warranty. Detailed pictures are highly suggested, this will allow us to at least give an estimated trade in value. If we agree to consider your trade, you will have to ship it to us where we will conduct an inspection. Once your trade is accepted and a valuation is agreed upon, we will issue store credit that can be used at Night Vision Universe. Please note: The owner is responsible for all shipping expenses, including instances where Night Vision Universe declines to accept the unit and it needs to be returned.

We do have the right to turn down any trade in request, sometimes we may be overstocked on a specific unit or the current market demand is not high enough to take the trade.
