I made a late decision to purchase this scope before a hunting event only a few days out. I made contact through the online chat function on the website and received an immediate response at 9 o’clock at night. The chat continued until almost 10 o’clock when the decision to make the purchase was made. The person I chatted with was extremely helpful and facilitated everything to get the deal done to allow for an overnight shipment the next morning.

The scope arrived on time, and I was quite pleased with the exchange. Upon removing the scope, the rubber eye cup was not attached and although I attempted to attach it, it wouldn’t stay on. I ended up losing it riding around hunting during the weekend, which was disappointing.

I reached out Monday morning to purchase another one and was told a replacement would be sent free of charge. That wasn’t necessary, but greatly appreciated.

I highly recommend Night Vision Universe and will use them in the future for all of my thermal purchases.

Pros well built, fairly simple to operate. fast and easy to focus, good value and quality for the price
Cons. have to go through the menus to switch from still picture to video, Picitinny mount is useless on a full stock, nowhere to attach a lanyard, rubber eye cup falls off easily, customer support for this model is almost nonexistence on the website, no hard copy user manual, controls are poorly placed and hard to manipulate. Most of the cons are minor except for the hard to operate controls. Overall its an excellent scope for the price and functions as it should. I would recommend buying if you're looking for a fairly priced 384 thermal.

Total game changer when it comes to pig hunting. Absolutely amazing piece of gear. Ordered 4 heavy magnets from Amazon (designed to hold Starlink antenna on a roof) and I’m using that to mount on the roof of my truck instead of the supplied suction cups. The suction cups worked fine, I just preferred the ease of the magnets.

First off, I cannot say how great the customer service was. Bruce went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect thermal for me. The thermal was easy to mount and easy to sight in. I cannot wait to get in the woods and take out some hogs and coyotes.

Night Vision Universe was the only place I found the Pulsar brand APS-3 Battery upgrades and they showed up at my door pretty quick. I couldn't be happier with the products and service. Not only did Night Vision Universe have the items i had been searching for in stock but the service was a solid 10!

the Pulsar APS-2 battery is a battery & pretty much what i expected (was happy to find actual Pulsar batteries in stock) but the above and beyond service from Night Vision Universe is priceless!!

You actually have someone to speak to if you have any questions. Comments concerns need further details just want more information on any product they carry. What a great experience.

This thermal is well worth the money. Has everything you'd want in one affordable device. Looks like AGM is making a statement for themselves in the thermal world.

Night Vision University is the Best in the Business

I love this thermal Binocular, it's so much fun, lol. There is more out there at night then you think when using this binocular. Bruce is so freaking amazing to work with! I am very satisfied with my new Rix Storm S6. The clarity and detail it provides is amazing. Nothing hides in the night anymore without me seeing it. I love how compact and lightweight it is. Controls are easy to use even with my big hands. I highly recommend this thermal.

I have the pictail mount on my rh25 and it makes clip on my helmet or weapon a breeze. Have no trouble finding the slot in the dark and clipping on fast.

Using the MQD mount paired with the iray Rico micro rh25 v2 the quick connect is amazing to use with clipping on in front of my day time scope. Able to clip on and off in the dark without having to change anything.

I am a repeat customer and must say Bruce goes above and beyond! I shopped around for a while for the rh25 before coming back to Bruce at night vision universe! When I buy more thermals I will go straight to Bruce. Best price and best customer service you could ask for. My items were shipped out the same day and I had them in two days. Highly recommend!

The features of this optic are incredible. The image quality exceeded my expectations, especially when using the zoom function. Battery life has been great in sub-freezing temps. Have only been on a handful of hunts with it, but its impressed me all round so far.

100% worth the price and Night Vision Universe is the place to buy it. Great customer service.

Being able to purchase a thermal scope for less than a $1000 that actually works is pretty amazing.
This is a great value for what you get. Plus, you have a
lot options that are only available in a much more expensive scope. The service that Mr Nolan provides is second to none. Always on top of the game.

Bruce was great to work with. He was prompt on everything. The first night I used my new scope the power button fell off. He sent me Irays info and they was a joke on answering their phone. After 4 days later with calling everyday Justus finally decided to answer Frustrated with Irays staff

Clarity is unbelievable. Very impressed with RIX, only scope I’ve seen that compares to the hybrid 75.
