So far I have yet to use it out in the field but with just using it to look through in the yard I am very impressed with it and how tech savvy it is as well.

My opinion is better than a flip to side mount because it lets you easily switch to the different ways to use the rh25 without having to switch out hardware on the thermal. Its a must have and the dovetail pic rail shoe that stays on the thermal also a must have. The rh25 should come with those 2 things instead of the qd mount that it does come with. In my opinion.

The product I ordered was exactly as described. This is a given and I had no problems with the thermal optic itself. Fantastic product from iRayUSA.
Where Night Vision Universe really stood out for me was their incredible customer service. The day after ordering the optic with free shipping, I became worried that I should’ve chosen a better shipping method out of fear for the optic’s safety in transit. The next morning at 6am I decided to text the # on NVU’s website and got connected to Bruce. He responded to me within maybe an hour or two and agreed with my concerns about the shipping, and on the spot decided to upgrade my free shipping to 2-day shipping for FREE. He then provided me with tracking info and continued to update me about my order via text. I normally never write reviews but the customer service shown from NVU made it practically impossible for me to not spread the word.
For the record, I found them after searching online for reputable thermal/night vision vendors, and google had them as one of the first to pop up. For good reason it seems.
I highly recommend NVU for any night vision or thermal needs, not only for their legitimate/as-advertised products of course, but also for their personal and attentive staff and customer service that ensured my order got delivered swiftly and safely.

First off I gotta say I own several thermals & have bought from 3-4 different vendors and Night Vision Universe has the best customer care that I have experienced in a long time.
As for the binos they look & feel amazing. The battery compartment is a little hard to open but that is my only complaint. The ease of use and button layout is far better than my Pulsar Mergers and it is hard to beat the clarity & detail of Nocpix image.

With very little time behind this unit up until now, I have to say that it is what I expected. It’s compact, light weight and simple to use. I did not deduct a star in the rating for lack of compatibility with some standard PVS 14 accessories such as lens protectors because I didn’t do enough research before purchasing this unit to learn that.

i have only looked through and own one other thermal scope, Nocpix Ace H50., so that’s all I have to compare the Rix S6r to. The storm is obviously priced quite a bit below the Ace but to my eyes the picture quality is very close. The rangefinder, ballistics and app is pretty cool.Battery life far exceeds the Ace.Hunted last night for 3 hours and the temperature was 19 degrees. The Ace was in standby mode and only turned on every half an hour to verify battery level. The storm was used as a scanner and left running the whole time. The Ace went through 2 batteries and the Storm just moved one bar down from full on 1 battery. The only negative I have is the refresh rate seems pretty laggy compared to the Ace. I’m no techie but I’m guessing it’s because the Ace is 60hz and the Storm is only 50hz. I just had to scan a little slower and adjusted to it. Good luck finding anything out there with the same options and quality for a comparable price. Night Vision Universe is a great business to purchase your thermal optics from. Fast and friendly service, two thumbs up.

I purchased the V2 25-320 to go on my 6.5 Grendel AR mostly for hogs and yotes. My shots have been mostly 100 yds and in but it's nice to have capabilities out to 250 yds or so. I'd highly recommend this unit to anyone who's looking to get into thermal hunting at an affordable price point!
