I made a late decision to purchase this scope before a hunting event only a few days out. I made contact through the online chat function on the website and received an immediate response at 9 o’clock at night. The chat continued until almost 10 o’clock when the decision to make the purchase was made. The person I chatted with was extremely helpful and facilitated everything to get the deal done to allow for an overnight shipment the next morning.
The scope arrived on time, and I was quite pleased with the exchange. Upon removing the scope, the rubber eye cup was not attached and although I attempted to attach it, it wouldn’t stay on. I ended up losing it riding around hunting during the weekend, which was disappointing.
I reached out Monday morning to purchase another one and was told a replacement would be sent free of charge. That wasn’t necessary, but greatly appreciated.
I highly recommend Night Vision Universe and will use them in the future for all of my thermal purchases.

Pros well built, fairly simple to operate. fast and easy to focus, good value and quality for the price
Cons. have to go through the menus to switch from still picture to video, Picitinny mount is useless on a full stock, nowhere to attach a lanyard, rubber eye cup falls off easily, customer support for this model is almost nonexistence on the website, no hard copy user manual, controls are poorly placed and hard to manipulate. Most of the cons are minor except for the hard to operate controls. Overall its an excellent scope for the price and functions as it should. I would recommend buying if you're looking for a fairly priced 384 thermal.

Total game changer when it comes to pig hunting. Absolutely amazing piece of gear. Ordered 4 heavy magnets from Amazon (designed to hold Starlink antenna on a roof) and I’m using that to mount on the roof of my truck instead of the supplied suction cups. The suction cups worked fine, I just preferred the ease of the magnets.

First off, I cannot say how great the customer service was. Bruce went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect thermal for me. The thermal was easy to mount and easy to sight in. I cannot wait to get in the woods and take out some hogs and coyotes.
