Good scope; having an issue with the lens cap falling off of the body of the thermal.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! I'm glad you're happy with the scope overall, but I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the lens cap coming off. That's certainly frustrating, and I'd like to help get it resolved. Please reach out to Nocpix directly below..

They can take a closer look at what's happening and determine the best solution. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, including the little things like a lens cap that stays where it belongs! I appreciate your business and bringing this to my attention.
This Rix handheld is worth every penny. You can see animals clearly and identify them easily. Easy to operate. I love the different options for viewing but my favorite is the white hot! My wife calls it her LOOKIE-LOU. She has had more fun with this handheld than I have. It's brought us closer together, giving her & i something to enjoy doing together. We love watching all the animals move around at night and this is so light and easy to use. Its a game changer for coyote hunting. Ive got a RIX thermal scope mounted to my rifle but having this smaller handheld to quickly scan the area has been a game changer. RIX is the best brand by far and their thermal game is on point. Love how clear i can see with this and its light weight and perfect for whatever your getting into!
Hi Whitney! Thank you for such an awesome review! I have to say, I got a kick out of your wife calling it her 'Lookie-Lou'! It's great to hear how much you're both enjoying the RIX handheld, and even better that it's become something you can spend time doing together. That's the kind of feedback I really enjoy hearing. Having a lightweight handheld for scanning alongside your RIX thermal scope is a great combination, especially for coyote hunting. I'm glad the image clarity, ease of use, and features have exceeded your expectations. I truly appreciate your support of Night Vision Universe, and I hope you and your wife enjoy many more nights with the Lookie-Lou!
Rix mount works well for the stride hand held. Ive had other mounts but this one is top of the line and has all the bells & whistles! Definitely worth it!
Hi Whitney! Thank you for sharing your experience with the RIX mount! I'm glad to hear it's working so well with your Stride handheld and that it stands out compared to other mounts you've used. It's always great when an accessory not only does its job but exceeds expectations in quality and features. I appreciate you choosing Night Vision Universe and taking the time to help other customers who may be considering this mount. Enjoy your setup!
