Returns

Night Vision Universe LLC wants your experience with us to be easy and hassle-free. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return most items within 15 calendar days of receipt of merchandise for an exchange or full refund. Please be aware that all items must be returned in NEW condition, including the items packaging (i.e., not used, broken or worn), in the original manufacturer's packaging and with all original contents included

NOTE: If the unwanted item and/or packaging is returned in used condition. I have the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% which is about the percentage I will lose due to having to sell it as a used item. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to the original payment method.

NOTE: Unwanted items that fall within the 15 calendar days of receiving, you are required to obtain a RMA# from Night Vision Universe LLC. You the End User (Customer) will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs. Night Vision Universe LLC is not responsible for lost, stollen, or misplaced packages by the carrier sent back to Night Vision Universe LLC, original manufacturer, supplier, or distributor by the End User (Customer). So insurance is highly recommended to cover/protect your investment. Your choice of carrier - FedEx, UPS, USPS.

PLEASE NOTE: All Pre-Owned, Used, Demo sells are final, there is no return for refund or exchange. Any warranty issues would be covered and handled directly by the manufacturer. 

PLEASE NOTE: Some new items will have a no return for refund or exchange as well. These items will have this noted in the items listing.

If you have return inquires due to issues with the item more than 15 calendar days after receipt of merchandise, please utilize the manufacturers warranty and contact the manufacturer directly for possible repair or replacement.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be processed before the order ships. All cancelled Night Vision & Thermal Optics orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. PayPal and credit card companies no longer issue the fees back that we pay when an item is refunded/cancelled.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we can coordinate the exchange.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction and post the refund to your account.
