Great optic for the money

Great optic all around, especially for the price. Two batteries included which will keep you out all night. I've got the 640 version of the Talion as well and the 384 performs very similarly. Image isn't quite as crisp but absolutely no problem identifying animals out to 200 yards, which is as far as I have shooting lanes.

Donald, Thank you for sharing such a helpful breakdown — reviews like this really help other folks make the right choice. The Talion 384 is a fantastic value, and it’s great to hear how closely it performs to your Talion 640 in real-world conditions. Having two batteries included is a huge plus for long nights, and being able to positively ID animals out to 200 yards makes it a very capable scope for most setups. I appreciate you choosing Night Vision Universe.
